Shipping Policy

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges that the delivery time indicated by Autocubo is approximate; we will always strive to ship the order as quickly as possible, and delivery may even occur sooner than the estimated time.

By placing an order, the customer agrees that the delivery service is provided by a carrier, which is responsible for delivering the products shipped by Autocubo to the customer.

The customer agrees that any delay in the delivery of an order by the carrier or any other incident arising from transportation cannot be attributed to Autocubo.

The delivery times indicated on the product pages refer to a single unit. In some cases, ordering more than one unit may result in a longer delivery time.

The customer is responsible for providing all information correctly and unambiguously so that the order can be delivered by the carrier.

If the order is returned due to incorrect information or an incomplete address, the customer will be required to pay for shipping again.

Shipping Cost and Delivery time

Shipping costs and delivery time to your country are displayed on the page checkout. 

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of being placed. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Portugal. 

 

Non-EU customers

If your order is being delivered outside the European Union, you may be required to pay custom duties and clearance fees once the order arrives in your country. These fees are not included in your order total at checkout, and we have no control or influence over them. Once your order is placed, you enter the purchase contract accepting that import fees are unavoidable and your full responsibility as the recipient.
