Instructions for use

Remove the brush and clean it with a cloth.

Adjust the treatment to the condition of the rubber, choosing between fine or intensive sanding.

The delivery times indicated on the product pages refer to a single unit. In some cases, ordering more than one unit may result in a longer delivery time.
The customer is responsible for providing all information correctly and unambiguously so that the order can be delivered by the carrier.
If the order is returned due to incorrect information or an incomplete address, the customer will be required to pay for shipping again.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of being placed. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Portugal.
Non-EU customers
If your order is being delivered outside the European Union, you may be required to pay custom duties and clearance fees once the order arrives in your country. These fees are not included in your order total at checkout, and we have no control or influence over them. Once your order is placed, you enter the purchase contract accepting that import fees are unavoidable and your full responsibility as the recipient.

RETURNS
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To start a return, you should first go to you customer area and request a return.
We do not cover the costs of returning the item to us. We recommend sending the item via a trackable delivery method to allow you to track it. Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for returned goods that never reach the warehouse or are damaged during their return.
Excluded from the right of cancellation
Excluded from your right to cancel your purchase are, amongst others, the following items:
- Products manufactured according to your specifications, which were not prefabricated and were made based on your specific choice or decision;
- Personalized items or items which are clearly intended for a specific person or otherwise clearly personalized.
- Unsealed DVDs, videos or PC & video games;
- Pierced jewelry;
- Products that can spoil within the reflection period;
- Earrings and piercings if the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Products subject to rapid decay or with a limited shelf-life
- Sealed products that, for reasons relating to the protection of health or hygiene, are unsuited to returning and whose seal was broken subsequent to delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know when the refund is approved. Then, you’ll be automatically refunded the full amount excl. shipping (if paid) on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at geral@autocubo.pt
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Non-EU customers may be subject to additional charges and duties when returning the items to our warehouse in Portugal. In which case any extra duties and charges will be borne by you. Please check with your courier for a list of associated charges.

Unsuccessful delivery
If you failed to receive your order after unsuccessful delivery attempts or refused to accept your order for some reason, this will result in either shipment return or destroyed if it is not claimed. In this case, you will be liable for the associated cost which will be deducted from your refund like additional shipping costs, taxes, duties, storage and handling fees or othes costs.
